History:

Hills, Renaut, Homen & Hughes was originally organized in 1963.  We have built our reputation around the advancement of quality services, seeking progressive techniques and professional integrity in service to each client.  We are a many-faceted group of CPA's offering clients distinct yet interrelated areas of service.

• ROBERT E. HOMEN, CPA, has been a partner with Hills, Renaut, Homen & Hughes since 1968.  Bob has over 30 years experience in audit, tax and financial planning issues related to the agricultural industry.  He is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives.
  

• Richard T. Hughes, CPA, has been a partner with Hills, Renaut, Homen & Hughes since 1975.  Rich has over 20 years of extensive experience in all phases of accounting and taxation with particular emphasis in construction, agricultural, manufacturing and computer systems.  He is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Awarded Certification of Education Achievement for completion of California Society of Certified Public Accountants Microcomputer Consulting Program.
  

• Randall N. Sakamoto, CPA, has been a partner with Hills, Renaut, Homen & Hughes since 1989.  Randy has over 20 years of extensive experience in all phases of taxation with particular emphasis in closely-held business interests, corporate reorganizations and liquidations and trusts and estates.  He is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Awarded Certification of Education Achievement for completion of  American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Personal Financial Planning Program.
  

• Leslie Helene Kos, CPA,  has been a partner with Hills, Renaut, Homen & Hughes since 1992.  Leslie has over 28 years of extensive experience in taxation and auditing with particular emphasis in audits of various for-profit businesses.  She is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
